Return Policy

SHIPPING

Orders are processed Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Under normal situation, orders should be shipped out within 2 to 4 working days after an order is placed.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items. You can also choose between standard and express delivery accordingly. 


RETURN PROCESS
Once your return has been received and accepted by us, we will let you know the required shipping fee for the replacement item delivery.
